About the guests:
郑红亮，中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员，《经济研究》常务副主编。1981年毕业于杭州大学经济系，1982、1983年在丽水地委党校从事经济学教学工作，1987年获中国人民大学经济系硕士学位，同年到中国社会科学院经济研究所工作至今。主要研究领域为微观经济学、企业制度比较、公司治理理论、国有企业改革等。曾在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《改革》等刊物发表论文数10篇，并著、译、编有《经济学的贫困》、《中国的乡镇企业与乡村发展》(获国家图书奖提名奖)、《企业经济》等。由郑红亮负责编辑的《经济研究》是国内最好的经济理论刊物，该刊先后获得多种国家级期刊奖项。
Hongliang Zheng,Research Fellow, Institute of economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Chief editor of Economic Research Journal.He graduated from the Department of economics of University of Hangzhou in 1981, engaged in teaching work in the Lishui prefectural Party School of economics, Department of economics in 1982~1983.He got Master degree from Renmin University of China in 1987, went to China Economic Research Academy of Social Sciences in the same year. The main research fields are microeconomics, the comparison of enterprise system, the theory of corporate governance, the reform of state-owned enterprises and so on.
张昀，乔治华盛顿大学教授，曾任杜克大学助理教授。他的研究兴趣包括，分析式会计研究、代理问题和资本市场信息运用。他在Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting research,以及Review of Accounting Studies等国际顶级期刊发表学术论文多篇。他还担任Accounting review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Management Science, Production and Operations ManagementandReview of Accounting Studies.等多个期刊的评审工作。
Before joining GWSB, Zhang was an assistant professor of accounting at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His research interests cover analytical accounting research, agency theory and information uses in capital markets. He has published in theAccounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting research,andReview of Accounting Studies. He has been an ad hoc reviewer for theAccounting review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Management Science, Production and Operations ManagementandReview of Accounting Studies.
杨肃昌，兰州大学经济学院教授，博士生导师；英国Cardiff大学博士后；甘肃省领军人才第一层次入选者；目前主要从事审计体制、内部控制与风险管理、环境审计与区域经济发展等问题研究。主要学术兼职：中国审计学会常务理事，甘肃省审计学会副会长；《审计研究》等学术刊物编委；南京审计学院客座教授；英国Cardiff大学中国会计财务与管理中心特邀研究员。主要社会兼职：甘肃省政协常委，民革甘肃省委员会副主委。
Suchang yang is the professor of school of Economics Lanzhou University, he carried out post-doctoral studies at Cardiff University. His research interests include government auditing, internal control and risk management, environment auditing, etc. His representative paper is “Government Auditing in China: Problems and Reform ” which published in “Advances in International Accounting” journal.
